1: Script Research + Writing

After the first round of scriptwriting, we’ll work with your team to incorporate any stakeholder feedback. Oh, and PR & Legal teams love us because we’re already familiar with approved language!
Scriptwriting Resource Framework
The first step is filling out the script research sheet so our scriptwriters can get working. We’ve developed this system to allow your team to be as hands-off as possible and includes all the information we’ll need to get a great script moving!

2: Voiceover + Animatic
We work with our network of voice actors to select the right voice and coach them for perfect delivery. Equipped with the VO, our team sketches and animates a concept animatic. After a few rounds of internal iteration, we collaborate with you for feedback to ensure the messaging and story matches what you envisioned for the script.
3: Illustration
Once you approve the animatic, illustrators go to work creating full-color vectors of each scene. After we make sure we’ve got representation considered, UI format correct, and every piece of the video included, the illustrator will break each asset out into animatable “puppets” so that they can be moved, placed, and positioned in animation.
4: Animation & Finishing
Using puppets from the illustration stage and the roadmap of the animatic, animators work with the creative team to bring the animation to life. Composers and musicians create the soundtrack, perfectly timed to the video’s story beats. Sound designers create custom sound effects and pull from extensive sound libraries to complete the video. And we put it all together for delivery in any format.
5: Assets & Deliverables
Now that the original video is complete, there’s a lot more we can do, quickly and efficiently!
Shorter Cutdowns
These cost-effective versions repurpose the original video to create a video that’s perfect for social media advertising, whether it’s a longer YouTube pre-roll ad or a quick 15-second ad for Instagram.
International Localization
We work with international voiceover artists, translators, and animators to create a version of the video that feels like it was originally created in the target language, no matter the region or dialect!
Loopable Gifs
No matter how you pronounce it, gifs are great for inclusion in website content or email marketing campaigns. We take the most visually interesting parts of the video and tweak them to create a seamless, eye-catching animation.
Vector Illustrations
Now that we’ve created a definite look and feel for the product or service, we adjust illustrations from the video for use as website graphics or insertion in email marketing to complete the look to tie everything together.
Static Advertisements
We can pull individual elements from the original video (we did all the illustration, after all!) to create brand new static advertisements. Having done thousands of ads, we know what draws eyeballs and compels clicks.
